"After an inspection it was found that the whole roof had to be done as there was rotting wood due to spray foam insulation that a previous owner had installed years ago. We were invited onto the scaffolding to see the issues for ourselves so that we knew the work required was genuine. There were some delays due to weather, etc., but once work commenced the work was carried out quickly and to an excellent standard. The roof looks fantastic and modern.
